The above charges include:
- Ocean / door-to-door service (within city limits / normal access)

- Packaging materials and delivery ( see our packaging materials >> )

- Packaging of furniture, fragile and large items ( see our daily work photos >> )

- Basic sea freight and terminal charge

- Import customs clearance 

- Shipment pickup & indoor delivery to the residence (indoor)

- Carton box placement (not unpacking)

- Disassembly and placement of large objects

- Simple furniture installation (more than 8 screws will be charged separately)

- Removal of unpacked debris at the time of delivery (only on the same day)

• Can I ship my car to Singapore?
  Vehicle import tax and registration fees in Singapore are very high, please research thoroughly and consider prudently before shipping.
  
• What can I ship?
  All personal effects with an ownership of at least 6 months are eligible for shipment.
  
• Any additional charges that I should be aware of?
  Surcharges will be imposed on overweight items such as upright/grand pianos, American fridges, and safes. Also, stairs and abnormal access delivery destinations will incur additional costs.
• What is not allowed to pack?
  Chewing gum, milk/milk powder, meat, illegal items, seed plants, alcohol, and any flammable items are prohibited.
