Groupage shipping from Canada is the cheapest way to ship smaller shipments (below half a 20ft Container). Shipments are packed and held in our warehouse until we fill up a container bound for Australia (such as Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, etc.) weekly.

The above charges include:
- Ocean / Loose Load / Groupage door-to-door service (within city limits / normal access)
- Packaging materials and delivery ( see our packaging materials >> )
- Packaging of furniture, fragile and large items ( see our daily work photos >> )
- Basic sea freight and terminal charge
- Import customs clearance
- Shipment pickup & indoor delivery to the residence (indoor)
- Carton box placement (not unpacking)
- Disassembly and placement of large objects
- Simple furniture installation (more than 8 screws will be charged separately)
- Removal of unpacked debris at the time of delivery (only on the same day)

- I don't have an exact address yet, is that fine?
The shipping company requires a temporary contact number and address in Australia when loading the container; after the goods arrive Australia, you can confirm the final delivery address before delivery. - What is AQIS inspection?
All imported personal effects must undergo random inspections by AQIS when they arrive at the Australia Port. If prohibited goods are discovered during the inspection, AQIS has the right to request to be destroyed on the spot. The local agent or we cannot control the decision, and the customer is responsible for all expenses. - Are there any surcharges I need to be aware of?
Wooden crates are recommended for fragile, expensive items and contain large glass surfaces — for example iMac, piano, glass/marble dining table, TV, etc. - What cannot be delivered?
Anything in contact with animals, plants, water, food, or soil is prohibited from being imported into Australia. In addition, all items must not be stained with dirt or dust. Customers must clean them first, such as vacuum cleaners, shoes, bicycles, beach and camping items.
